Our Facilities operate like a laundromat and utilizing car wash equipment to deliver a mixture of water and soap through a handheld showerhead.

Fuquay Varina is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Doors never lock. When arriving in the evening, the lights will be out and a red glow will be apparent. But as soon as you open the door the lights will come on and the facility comes alive and will be ready for use.

Once entering you will hear an automated message, it has instructions and important information.

 Petwash24 operate using self-service car wash equipment, insert cash or card.  Cash Price is always a little lower.  Pay attention to the electronic moving display on each coin box.  This is the amount of money to deposit to start the wash.  Money will count up, time will begin counting down.  More time can be added by adding more money.    Credit card use starts at the amount written in the instructions, currently it’s between $22.00 and $35.00.  First thing you will see after swiping your card is VERIFING, if approved, seconds begins to accumulate, i.e. 00,01,02.   At that time turn the knob for selection of, tub cleaner (for before and after the wash), four soaps; pet shampoo, de-skunk-er (for smelly dogs), oatmeal, and veterinarian for fleas and ticks, along with conditioner and a two-speed blow dryer.  After you complete the wash and tub cleaning, press the Green flashing button on the card swipe to end you credit card charging.  If you fail to do this a maximum charge of $35.00 or more will be charged. The Stop on the rotary dial does not stop your charging.     

It is suggested that one brings a brush, brush your little buddy before the wash, there is no need to wash dead fur.

If your buddy doesn’t like blow dryers, bring some towels and use the speed dryer
